Stone Cold Steve Austin, the WWE legend known for his iconic attitude and beer-chugging celebrations, is stepping into Fortnite. Epic Games just revealed a brand-new skin of the Texas Rattlesnake set to go live on April 16, 2026, right after the 40.20 update hits the game.
Stone Cold Steve Austin Fortnite Skin: Classic Look and Design

The skin is all about capturing that unmistakable Austin 3:16 vibe. Think of the classic jean shorts, the black leather jacket, and that no-nonsense wrestler swagger. It’s a solid nod to one of wrestling’s most famous personas, making it instantly recognizable for fans and newcomers alike.
But Epic didn’t stop at just the outfit. Along with the skin, players will get a unique emote inspired by Stone Cold’s legendary beer chug. Since Fortnite is rated T for Teen, they had to swap out the beer for something a bit more family-friendly. Instead of popping open a cold one, Stone Cold cracks open cans filled with Slurp Juice, the game’s own healing drink. It’s a clever way to keep the spirit of the gesture while staying true to Fortnite’s rating.
Fortnite Stone Cold Bundle: Back Bling, Pickaxe, and More
To round out the package, the skin comes with a skull-themed back bling, a perfect match to Stone Cold’s rebellious image. Plus, there’s a pickaxe that looks like a giant Slurp Juice container, tying in nicely with the emote’s theme and adding some flair to your loadout.
Epic Games teased this on Fortnite’s official X account, confirming the April 16 release date alongside the 40.20 update. That means as soon as the update drops, you’ll be able to grab Stone Cold Steve Austin from the Item Shop.

— Fortnite (@Fortnite) April 13, 2026 As of now, the only confirmed WWE crossover is Stone Cold, but there are rumors about Liv Morgan joining the roster, too. Epic hasn’t confirmed that yet, so we’ll have to wait and see if more WWE stars suit up for the Battle Royale island. In the meantime, if you’re into collecting unique cosmetics, you might also want to check out the rarest Fortnite emotes and rarest Fortnite skins to see which items truly stand out in your locker.
If you’re a fan of wrestling or just love cool skins, this one looks like a winner. Stone Cold’s Fortnite arrival is a solid reminder of how the game keeps mixing things up with fresh, fun collaborations.
